OUR KIDS. OUR COMMUNITY. OUR FUTURE.
After thoughtful planning and valuable community input, the School District of Omro School Board voted unanimously to ask voters two referendum questions to meet the long-term learning needs of our students, respond to our community’s priorities, and address the maintenance needs of our buildings while being fiscally responsible.
District residents are encouraged to attend our informational meeting, follow the School District of Omro Facebook page, visit the facilities planning page on our website, watch your mailbox for referendum details, and reach out directly for more information.

The Omro High School Sources of Strength student group recently volunteered their time to run the children's games at the Waukau Chicken BBQ on June 9. With the help of their Advisors, they were able to provide a day of fun-filled games for the young children. Thank you for all the generous prize donations from staff, parents, & community. The day was a success!

Many of our students and staff have started their summer experience with summer school. We offer a wide range of classes, including Ducktastic Creations, which supports students in using Duct Tape to creatively create different projects.

Winnebago County Wheelchair Wash is taking place on Saturday, August 10, 2024. This looks like a great opportunity to get adaptive devices cleaned up and checked out! https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UiZ5tTjybEfDBoEfxsmNs_gyAGNfuNrO/view?usp=sharing
Sources of Strength planned an end-of-year event in which SOS Peer Leaders brainstormed healthy activities, teachers hosted those activities, and the entire student body participated 30 for a minute Fox Time. Students played flag football, made giant bubbles, colored with sidewalk chalk, read outside, and walked in nature. It was an opportunity to smile, celebrate the year, and enjoy being an Omro Fox.

Collaborative Wellness works extensively with the School District of Omro to support our students, families and staff.

These band seniors played in their last parade as students of Omro High School.
Thank you for your dedication to the band program!

Students in Mrs. Morse's Culinary Arts class just recently ran a simulated food truck service as their capstone project for the class. "The Magic School Food Truck" was open for business on Thursday, May 23, from 11:00-1:00 and served 40 customers. Their menu consisted of Smash Burgers, Club Multi-decker Sandwich, Chicken Gnocchi Soup, Fresh Fruit Salad, and Rice Krispy Rolls.
A great meal was enjoyed by all of the customers!
