School District of Omro Facilities Closure
All School District of Omro facilities will be closing at 5:30 pm on Thursday, December 18, 2025.
After school practices will have been concluded by then and any events after 5:30 are canceled.
The 4K winter concert is canceled. The event will not be rescheduled. Students will perform the concert songs during their holiday celebration and teachers will record the performance and share via Seesaw.

4 students (Ryker, Rylen, Dominick, and Isla) were recently recognized in the "Get Caught Reading Challenge." They each received a poster and a book to keep. 🕮
In addition, the library held an estimation contest regarding how many books there are in the OES Library, with the winner receiving a poster and a book. Azaliah's estimate of 16,000 books was only off by 45! The OES Media Center is home to 16,045 books. 📚
Mrs. Retzlaff's class is excited, as they earned a $25 gift certificate and classroom treat for being the first classroom to earn a Bingo during the Scholastic Book fair.
