The Omro High School band recently took their talents on the road to Oshkosh Arena. They had the opportunity to perform for a crowd at the Herd game. Thank you for representing our school community with pride!

In sixth grade science students were challenged to construct a ball run, with a twist. The goal was to create a run that was the slowest. Students did a fantastic job brain storming, problem solving, and working together.

Your ticket includes a delicious spaghetti dinner, making this the perfect night out for families and friends.

4K Family Night
4K Families learned about and practiced "calming" brain breaks during our February Family Fun Night. Participants came dressed in pajamas and brought blankets to gather on.

After dinner, everyone went to the gym and spread out on their blankets. The lights were dimmed, and we played videos that promote kid yoga. Some were active, while others showed us how to calm our breathing and our bodies. The family favorite was "smell the flower, blow out the candle" breathing technique, while laying on our backs watching our stuffed animals rise and fall on our bellies.

Academic Bowl
You may not know that Omro has an Academic Bowl team, which took 3rd at the Conference Academic Bowl competition on Monday, March 2, 2026. We had five students earn awards!

Last month, our middle school band and choir students particpated in Solo Ensemble, held here at Omro Middle School. Students could be heard preparing prior to going into their performance. This was a great opportunity for students to receive specific feedback from an outside source. Great job to all students who performed!

Our staff loves to support our students; it's not unusual to see staff members at various activities students participate in. Recently, one of our second grade teachers went to Oshkosh for her first hockey game and to support three of her students.
