Health and physical education aren’t just boxes to check—they’re a journey that starts in kindergarten and grows with students all the way through graduation.
Whether it’s nutrition, mental wellness, decision-making, strength training, agility, or hands-on CPR training – we’re confident that every base is covered!
In the early years, it’s all about having fun—running, jumping, playing games, and learning how to move with confidence. 🛝🏃🏻♀️
As students move into middle school and high school, their experience expands beyond just movement. They learn the importance of teamwork 🫱🏻🫲🏻, how to set personal fitness goals 🥇, and what it really means to lead a healthy life 🥕.
By junior and senior year, students can choose from specialized courses, exploring everything from weightlifting and competitive team sports to activities like archery, frisbee golf, and table tennis. We want to help them find physical activities they actually enjoy—ones they can carry with them beyond high school. 🏋🏻
Prioritizing health isn’t just for class—it’s for life!

In our school district, art isn’t just another class to fill a student’s course load—it’s a journey that starts in kindergarten and grows with them all the way through graduation. 🎨 What starts as finger painting and little doodles quickly turns into mastering ceramics, sculpture, painting, photography, and even glass creations in high school.
We know that every student deserves a way to express themselves, and that’s why our art programs are designed intentionally and purposefully to give kids the space to explore, experiment, and find what they love. ❤️
Whether they go on to pursue an artistic path or just carry these creative outlets into their everyday lives, we want every student to see the value in the arts, reminding them that creating is just as important as learning. ✨
