The jump from elementary to middle school is a huge milestone, and we want to make sure our future 6th graders (and their families!) feel ready to hit the ground running.
Families are invited to join us for an information-packed hour, where we will cover topics such as schedules, extracurriculars, lunch/recess, and other frequently asked questions. In addition, families will have the chance to see the building and meet the staff.

🚲 Big News for the Omro Bike Shoppe! 🌎
We are spinning with excitement! Our very own Omro Bike Shoppe is being featured in a PBIS Special highlighting the power of biking to lower our carbon footprint.
At the Bike Shop, our students aren’t just learning how to fix flats and grease chains— their work also helps us take a small step (or pedal!) toward a healthier planet.
A huge shoutout to the students and staff who keep the gears turning every day.

Each year, many students from our elementary, middle, and high school participate in Battle of the Books. Battle of the books is a statewide program "designed to promote a love of reading among our students. It encourages students to read a variety of books and remember information about the plots, characters, and settings of the books. Every question asked in a battle is answered by the title and author of the book and takes the form of: Name the book in which a horse and a boy are stranded on an island. "
Congratulations to all of the students who grew their literary experiences through Battle of the Books. We are proud of the time and dedication you demonstrated!
Tomorrow, April 9, is the day to get your steps in while enjoying art work created by our School District of Omro students. Please join us at Omro Elementary School from 5:00-7:00 for our annual Art Walk.
