AP Biology students recently made working models of cell communication pathways and then put their phones to educational use making stop motion animations of their models in action.
It was a fun way to learn about complex processes.

Congratulations to OMS and OHS Fox Friday winners from March 7, 2025! These students were nominated by staff members or other students for demonstrating the Fox Four (Safety, Responsibility, Respect, or Positivity).
Staff members were nominated by students or other staff members for being a role model, an advocate for students, or having a positive connection with students.

Health and physical education aren’t just boxes to check—they’re a journey that starts in kindergarten and grows with students all the way through graduation.
Whether it’s nutrition, mental wellness, decision-making, strength training, agility, or hands-on CPR training – we’re confident that every base is covered!
In the early years, it’s all about having fun—running, jumping, playing games, and learning how to move with confidence. 🛝🏃🏻♀️
As students move into middle school and high school, their experience expands beyond just movement. They learn the importance of teamwork 🫱🏻🫲🏻, how to set personal fitness goals 🥇, and what it really means to lead a healthy life 🥕.
By junior and senior year, students can choose from specialized courses, exploring everything from weightlifting and competitive team sports to activities like archery, frisbee golf, and table tennis. We want to help them find physical activities they actually enjoy—ones they can carry with them beyond high school. 🏋🏻
Prioritizing health isn’t just for class—it’s for life!

Thank you to our Anchor Partners!
