Human Resources
The Human Resources Department is responsible for assisting and supporting building/department supervisors in the development, implementation and 
administration of the recruitment, selection and the developoment of all employment policies and procedures. It is charged with developing those policies and procedures, which are designed to attract and retain the best-qualified, best fit, and available employees to provide services and support programs directed towards the education of the children of the community. In addition, the Human Resources Department performs many other functions, such as, administering equal employment policies and procedures, overseeing compliance with the Occupation Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), assisting with the creation and maintenance of all job descriptions, verification and filing of employee evaluations, conducting background checks, and ensuring the District's compliance to all local, state and federal laws and regulations designed to provide and ensure equal employment opportunities for all individuals. 
 
The District employs over 150 full and part-time employees. Employees are grouped into several categories: Executive Committee, Administration, Teachers, Support Staff, Substitutes, and Extra-Curricular. Vacancies at all levels will be posted on a regular basis after the Board determines a vacancy exists per policy. In order for a candidate to be considered for any position, a completed application and letter of interest must be on file in the District Office. Applications can be printed off the District website, signed and sent with a letter of interest to the contact information present below. Be sure to include any information as directed in the job posting. Current employees should check with the District Secretary to verify that their materials on file are appropriate for the position in which they maybe posting for. 
 
The Human Resources Department also administers all labor relations' policies and procedures within the District to ensure the equitable and fair implementation of the employee handbook and Board policies and procedures.
