In the School District of Omro, there are four home languages represented in our classrooms: Spanish, Cantonese, Russian, and Chinese. While the students of these languages differ in ages, ethnic backgrounds, economic situations, and may have come to this country for a variety of reasons, they all have in common the desire to learn English. Our ELL teachers have grown to understand the needs of English language learners and readily assist these students as they acquire a second language.

En el Distrito Escolar de Omro, hay cuatro lenguas diferentes representado en las clases: español, dos tipos de chino, y ruso. Mientras los estudiantes que usan estas lenguas tienen distintas edades, etnicidades, situaciones económicas, y se han mudado a este pais por una variedad de razones, todos tienen un interés en aprender inglés. Nuestros maestros han aprendido las necesidades de los estudiantes de inglés como segunda lengua y ayudan a los estudiantes como ellos aprenden inglés.
